Ariana Marques da Silva

Architect and Research Fellow in the MetroPublicNet research project at the School of Architecture, Universidade de Lisboa.
Master in Architecture from the Faculdade de Arquitectura da Universidade do Porto (FAUP, 2013). She has worked for several years as a practitioner architect and in parallel has co-developed multidisciplinary projects, namely RE-ACT Urban Festival, as co-editor-in-chief of Dédalo Magazine #10, and Building 101, an Associated Project of Lisbon Triennale 2019. Currently furthering her studies in urban planning, her research focuses mainly on the role public space plays as an instrument for socio-spatial transformation.
