FA / Municipality of Cascais applied research protocol

The protocol framed the collaboration of FA-ULisboa and CMC around the development of academic and scientific studies, with a view to the urban restructuring to be carried out on the A5 motorway and nearby surroundings.

This collaboration allowed the sharing of information and resources, having been the basis for the structuring of the academic urban design and architectural projects developed at 5th year Studio and Final Master's Project (specialization in Urbanism) in the year 2019/2020.

The work resulted in the edition of the book 'A5 Habitar o Espaço Infraestrutural. Ideias de projeto territorial para a reestruturação da metrópole’ (João Rafael Santos and João Silva Leite) and the development of multiple Master’s Final Projects.
