Architect and urban planner by the University of São Paulo (1998, Brazil), Master in Architecture and Urbanism by the São Carlos School of Engineering of the University of São Paulo (2006, Brazil) and PhD candidate in Urbanism at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon (Portugal). Specialist in planning and management of programs to reduce urban poverty at the Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies (2001, Netherlands) and in housing design and development at the Department of Architecture and Built Environment, Faculty of Engineering, Lund (2009, Sweden). Currently works as a senior consultant in sustainable urban planning, management and public governance in different projects, integrates the International Union of Architects (UIA) SDG Monitoring Committee, and coordinates the Agenda 2030 Working Group of the Institute of Architects of Brazil (IAB) and the Metropolitan Observatory ODS (METRODS).
